घर बांधताना...

वास्तू आपल्या आयुष्यातील प्रत्येक गोष्टींशी निगडीत असल्याने बांधकामापूर्वी अनेक गोष्टी लक्षात घ्याव्या लागतात. समृद्धी, यश, शांती, चैतन्य यांचा प्रत्यक्ष संबंध वास्तूशी जोडला जात असल्याने वास्तूची निवड व बांधकाम करताना नियोजन व वास्तूशास्त्रातील मूलभूत नियमांचा आग्रह धरताना बहुतेकजण दिसतात. यामागे अंधश्रद्धेचा भाग नाही, तर घर बांधतच आहोत तर वास्तूचे काही नियम पाळल्यास काय हरकत आहे, असा सरळ विचार त्यामागे असतो.

घर बांधण्यापूर्वी सर्वांत महत्त्वाचे काम म्हणजे प्लॉट निवड. प्लॉटच्या उत्तर दिशेला किवा पूर्वेकडे मोठा वृक्ष नाही याची खात्री करतानाच दक्षिणेस खड्डा किवा विहीर नसावी याची दक्षता घ्यावी. प्लॉटचा आकार त्रिकोणी नसावा, चौरस किवा समचतुष्कोण आकार घर बांधण्याकरीता आदर्श मानले जाते.

वाकडे- तिकडे व अनियमित आकाराच्या प्लॉटवर बांधकाम केल्यास आर्थिक हानी किवा मतभेदात वाढ होण्याची शक्यता असते. मध्यभागी प्लॉट बसका असल्यास अनेक क्षेत्रात अडचणींचा सामना करावा लागू शकतो. पूर्व दिशेकडे तोंडवळा असणारे घर शुभ मानले जाते. स्वयंपाक घर मोकळे, हवेशीर असण्यासोबतच त्यांची दिशाही लक्षात घ्यावी.

गृहिणी स्वयंपाक करताना तोंड दक्षिणेकडे नसले म्हणजे झाले. टॉयलेटसची दिशा व जागा ठरवताना विशेष खबरदारी घ्यावी. दक्षिण किवा पश्चिमेस टॉयलेट्स ठेवल्यास योग्यच. उत्तर दिशेकडील प्लॉटही उत्तम. नदी, तलाव, विहिर, झरे प्लॉटच्या पूर्वेस किवा उत्तरेस असावे. घराचा मुख्य दरवाजा किवा प्रवेशद्वार कोणत्या दिशेने असावे यावंर घराचे सौदर्य खुलण्यासोबतच इतरही गोष्टी निगडीत असतात. घराचा मुख्य दरवाजा ईशान्येस असावा.

अगदी दुसरा पर्यायच नसला तर पश्चिमेकडे दरवाजा ठेवण्यासही हरकत नाही. घर बांधून काही जागा शिल्लक रहावी याची दक्षता घ्यावी. उत्तर किवा पश्चिमेकडचा भाग मोकळा ठेवल्यास चैतन्यात वाढच होईल.

घर बांधताना काय काळजी घ्याल?

प्लॉट खरेदी केल्यानंतर घर बांधताना आपल्याला खूप गोष्टींचा विचार करावा लागतो. प्लॉटच्या चारही बाजूंनी येणारे रस्ते, प्लॉटची लांबी-रूंदी, प्लॉटवर असलेली झाडे आदी गोष्टी लक्षात घेऊन घराचे बांधकाम करावे लागत असते. घर बांधताना वास्तुशास्त्राचा आधार घ्यावा लागत असतो. वास्तुशास्त्रात घर कुठे बांधावे व कुठे बांधू नये, या संदर्भात काही नियम व माहिती सांगितली आहे. ती पुढील प्रमाणे…

* ब्रह्मदेव, विष्णू, सूर्य, शिवशंकर तसेच जैन मंदिरासमोर किंवा मागील प्लॉटवर घराचे बांधकाम करू नये.

* घर बांधताना उत्तर, पूर्व व इशान्य दिशेला अधिक जागा सोडावी. घराच्या छताचा उतारही उत्तर किंवा इशान्य दिशेला केला पाहिजे. घरातील नळ किंवा घराबाहेर केलेली बोअरवेल ईशान्य किंवा नैऋत्य दिशेच्या कोपर्‍यातच पाहिजे.

* खिडक्या पूर्व व उत्तर दिशेला जास्त प्रमाणात ठेवल्या पाहिजेत. दक्षिण दिशेला खिडक्या ठेवू नये. ईशान्य कोपर्‍यात स्वयंपाक खोली ठेवावी. आउट हाऊस नेहमी पश्चिम किंवा दक्षिण दिशेला व गाडी ठेवण्याचे शेड पूर्व किंवा उत्तर दिशेला बनवले पाहिजे.

घराचा मुख्य दरवाज्याचेही काही नियम आहेत…

* घराच्या मुख्य दरवाज्यासमोर रस्ता नसावा. दरवाज्यासमोर रस्ता असल्यास आपल्या विकासात बाधा येते.

* दरवाज्यासमोर मोठे झाड असल्याने घरातील मुले नेहमी आजारी पडतात.

* दरवाज्यासमोर नेहमी पाणी वाहते ठेवल्याने नेहमी आर्थिक नुकसान होत असते.

* दरवाज्यासमोर मंदिर असेल तर घरात कधीच सुख नांदत नाही.

* घराच्या मुख्य प्रवेशद्वारासमोर स्तंभ (खांब) असतील तर त्या घरातील महिला नेहमी आजारी पडतात.

* जमिनीच्या तुलनेत घराचा दरवाजा खोलगट भागात असेल तर घरातील मुख्य पुरुष व्यसनाधीन व नेहमी दु:खात बुडालेला असतो.

* घरासमोर रस्ता, मंदिर असेल तर घरासमोर अधिक जागा सोडल्याने दोष नाहीसे होतात.

* घराचे मुख्य प्रवेशद्वार घरातील इतर दरवाजापेक्षा मोठे असावे.

• To avoid dampness, ensure that all the areas in the home are well ventilated. Ensure that various areas in your home are well ventilated by the fresh air.
• Get a regular pest check-up done in order to increase the termite, ant and any other pest growth.
• Make use of insecticides and organic chemicals to get rid of all the pests.
• A regular check-up and up gradation of all the electrical equipments is important.
• Clear all the water flowing areas and keep all the equipments dry and covered.
• If you have indoor plants, keep them out in the rain so that they get watered naturally.
• Children should be taught not to enter the room with soiled shoes. It is recommended to roll away the expensive carpet for the monsoon.
• Perform regular pruning of the branches of a tree to avoid falling leaves and clogging of sewers. Clear your gutters to prepare them for the season.
• Store the drinking water in case flooding contaminates the tap water.
• Properly cover the joints and ensure quality wires for your household items. Proper earthing and separate fuse for each power board is essential.
• Put Camphor in your cupboards, it takes away the moisture and protects your clothes. Neem leaves are also effective against silver fish, which are a common problem in the rainy season.

• Ensure that there is no rain water seepage through the cracks in the exterior walls.
• Make sure that there is no dampness in and around your home as the change in weather conditions leads to the expansion of brick based structures.
• Before the monsoon starts, you should fill in and fix the cracks in the walls.
• It is important that you always check for cracks in the terrace every six years to avoid the water seepage and dampness.Leaking roof is a common problem for individual homes. This modular apartment of the future transforms with a simple hand movement. The built-in sensors, motors, and LED lights help transform the box into an “apartment in the box” including a bed, a dining room table, cooking surface, a closet, and even multipurpose storage. Captured all in one box, this space-saving solution is not only fit for small apartments but also for larger spaces that need that extra square foot.
